Gordi Bagel
Provoleta Cheese & Chimichurri Sauce
Ingredients:
- Gordi Provoleta Cheese 1 pack
- All purpose flour 200g
- Honey 20g
- Instant yeast 2g
- Salt 2g
- Warm water 105g
- Honey 20g
Instruction:
- Preheat the oven 200 degree
- Mix flour, salt, honey, yeast, warm water together to form a dough
- Kneading and rounding for 5 minutes
- Spray water on the surface, cover it with a towel and rest for 5 minutes
- Repeat step 4, two more times
- Cut into 4 pieces, rounding, rest for another 5 minutes
- Roll and put Gordi Provoleta Cheese inside the dough
- Boil the bagel for 1 minute in low heat honey water
- Brush on some milk and Gordi Chimichurri Sauce
- Bake for 12 minutes
